Description
Nightlord’s debut album, originally recorded at Heatham House studios in 1990 as a four-track demo tape, with another four songs recorded at but many not quite completed in the spare time available. Lightly spruced up in 2010 with a couple of finishing touches, this recording remains faithful to the original visions of those songs as they were written in 1989 and 1990.
The artwork borrows a haunting frame from the 1922 black and white masterpiece of vampire horror, “Nosferatu, eine Symphonie des Grauens”, F W Murnau’s loose adaptation of the Dracula story. The first song, Reign, appropriately follows a vampiric theme.
